It also ensures recovery under various circumstances and challenges, builds effective local and international partnerships, fosters institutional and community resilience culture, and transforms crises into opportunities for growth and development—all to ensure the security, safety, and prosperity of Dubai. The center develops policies, strategies, and operational plans in coordination with government, semi-government, and private entities, supporting Dubai’s vision to become one of the world’s most resilient and sustainable cities. It leverages data and advanced technologies to support decision-making, measure performance and readiness indicators, and ensure the continuity of vital services while minimizing the negative impacts of crises.
