The Centre for Resilience leads Dubai’s commitment to safety and security, strengthening preparedness, response, and recovery through proactive planning, strategic partnerships, and advanced technology to protect the community and build a resilient future.
Volunteer
We manage and mobilize a specialized network of volunteers who are trained to support official entities during large-scale events or emergencies. This program transforms community spirit into a structured, professional response force.
Specialized Units
Volunteers are categorized into teams such as Medical Support, Logistics & Distribution, Social Welfare, and Technical Assistance.
Field Deployment
Direct coordination with the Dubai Government to deploy Resilience Squads to areas requiring immediate community-level support and intervention.
